Our Policy

COOL DESIGNS REQUESTS AND SUBMISSIONS
Cool Designs provides a professional online service therefore we ask that all artwork, images and requests meet our requirements.

- All images must be submitted in a High Resolution 300dpi in a JPG, TIFF, PNG Format
- All logos must be submitted in a vector format - PDF or EPS file.
- All text/write up information is to be provided in a PDF, Word or Text Document
- Submitted artwork by previous designers/artists or any requests must not interfere with Copyright Laws or Corporate Laws
If Cool Designs feels that you are breaching Copyright Law or Corporate Laws we have the right to refuse your request.

PAYMENT
NOTE: Any project that has been cancelled or suspended without complete payments within 30 days gives rights to Cool Designs to sell the project in part or in whole.

20% deposit will be required before any projects.
For all artwork including website design we will provide you with 2 different mock up's and or layouts of which you can select from.
Then we will provide 1 draft that you can change once to make the final improvements. Any additional changes will incur fees.
60% will then be required to complete the project, and we will email you a draft for clarification.
20% final balance will be required upon completion and acceptance of the final draft.

PROJECT/PAYMENT DEADLINES
Should you decide to cancel a project(s) will give rights to Cool Designs to sell the project in part or in whole. All work will remain the full property of Cool Designs under Copyright Laws both in Australia and International. Using artwork from this website and or work that you have obtained without payment, commission, authorisation and approval would mean that you have breached Copyright Laws and Cool Designs Policy. If you are in breach of this it will be understood that Cool Designs will have rights to profits from any such actions.

PRICES
Our pricing policy is structured internationally for each country and currency. Therefore Australia will be invoiced in AUD, America will be invoiced in USD and the UK will be invoiced in GBP. All other countries outside of these will be billed at the GBP rate.

COPYRIGHT
The creator/artist/designer will always own the copyright to part or the whole work(s)/material(s) completed. All work remains the property of Cool Designs under Copyright Laws both in Australia and International. Our clients/customers are not entitled to the right(s) or the original file(s) in which the original work was completed therefore the client/customer obtains a copy only. Clients can print artwork(s) and therefore must not modify in any shape or form nor use any form of photography or media to change or alter or extract pieces or whole of the artwork(s) provided by Cool Designs. The Client  has no rights to grant any other third party to modify any artwork in any way shape or form nor use any form of photographic or any graphic media of any form to alter or extract any part of the artwork(s) if any of these conditions stated on Cool Designs Policy are in breach Cool Designs will be entitled by law to all profits occurred from date of modification(s).  Cool Designs is not liable for any damages or losses that have been incurred by any Client(s).

COOL DESIGNS AUDIO/MUSIC
When purchasing Cool Designs music we allow you to use Cool Designs audio files for Personal Use, Websites, Yoga Classes, Sound Logos, Spas, Beauty Salons, Cafes, Background Music For Public Area. Cool Designs Music may not be reproduced or manipulated or re-sold any shape or form without the written permission from Cool Designs and finally you may not claim the music as your own.

T-SHIRT DESIGNS
T-Shirt's as a whole can be sold however our designs in any file such as PNG, JPEG, PDF, AI, PSD etc: cannot be sold. If you are in breach of this it will be understood that Cool Designs will have rights to profits from any such actions.

If you request a quote or project you accept that you agree to the Terms as described above.
